You get to work on Saturday & Sunday as well along with 5 weekdays 3) Exponential targets that cannot be reached 4) 15 to 20% low pay than market 5) Helpless HR team 6) Unsatisfied employees (due to extended work hours, less pay etc)

Some of the old employees in the senior positions think that they were granted their position, no one can remove them. You will fired from job any time without any reason. PIP is common here. HR busy in Fun Friday, Rangoli making, cake cutting, Birthday celebration etc. no one will listen your voice. Think 1000 time before join here. Totally wrost culture. before join this company you need degree in Chatukaarita.
