They Hire Nicely to work for free

Dislikes

One of the worst company, They just hire for do work for free after few days they will say you're not performing well and they will remove suddenly. No Job security don't Join. Infront of my eyes they removed 4 members after they use. Manager is uneducated they act like only they know everything

colleagues are friendly, startup culture, you will be able to take ownership, totally remote, exposure of web3 tech.

Dislikes

Not at all employee friendly. No process for projects/tasks, developer has to work all over the project other than writing code, they prioritize delivery on time over quality of code, no one will ask you how fast/optimize or scalable your code is- if it is working than it is good here. you will be asked to work on weekends and late nights after working hours, not at all flexible work life balance, organization commits unachievable deadlines due to that immense pressure on employees. They don't even appreciate if someone is working extra hours and on weekends if the project is not delivered (due to bad estimation, process and deadline). Many Employees are hardworking here and want good of organization but due to bad process either they are leaving or they don't have motivation to work here anymore.

Overall good company. Seniors are supporting

Dislikes

Project managers are dumb. They don't know anything technical nor to communicate with client. Time tracking and time sheets are overwhelming. Even if ur smart enough to complete ur work early. You have to jiggle ur mouse to complete 8 hrs. Since projects are short (3-4 months) and because of dumb project managers, u might have to do overtime.
