The best part is I am able to manage my Work and Personal Life balance well. Additionally, even though I am work-from-home employee, I get to enjoy most of the employee entertainment programs conducted by the company and dont feel left out and feel valued as a team member.

...ly as mostly because of some unprofessional people, the hardworkers are at loss. Also since working from home, we have to pay some out-of-pocket charges whereas inhouse people dont, this should be given a thought too.

There is no transparency in work allocation, there is no quality check and if there is a cheap alternative for you they will make you train them as support but you will know that the cheaper option was to replace you and no insurance during covid but you need to come to office in such risk
