No Seating in office for Off role employees, no company benefits, the company will hire more Off role only, it is MNC but you need to work on saturday also, no work timings( starts from 9 & till 9.30pm also manager will call and ask details). Who are all likes work from office don't join, the day i joined till now doing WFH only.

...ders every one is aware of what going on in the personal life of the employees.. Your salary wil increase if you oil anf butter team leaders.. Administration is pathetic.. Floor Admin thinks that he is the boss.. The office is locked after all employees enters the office.. The reason he gives that due to corona.. but the managers and their spoons are goinv outside.. This is like e school.. well I am talking about SBI CARD OPERATION department at Rippon Street Kolkata.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a band of 1 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners
