No timely payment of salary. Company also removed family cover from insurance. No proper tracking of attendance and leaves. Too many HR's changes in few months due to this not able to connect hr for any queries.

... so job security is uncertain , depends on the tenure of projects by corporates. Compensation is good.

Nothing as such, except for the paucity of space in Kolkata office. Meeting rooms are not sufficient , less than the number of clients they work .

Development programmes and on going training session and above all the culture which is awesome.

So when it comes to compensation career growth many a times I guess HR needs to evaluate entirely on performance and I guess there should be no biasing.
