...t performing. If you are joining Randstad, it will be a joke. Just at your risk. No hike, no bonus, no work culture and ethics, no professionalism, no work life balance, senior management is worst. Head of pillar will give wrong and take information on a big townhall and later they run away to answer. They direct to HRBP and HRBP will direct to them. It means no answers from anyone. They fire employees just sending invite "Quick Connect" and will ask you to leave the company. Warning ⚠️ DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Salary was good. HR was good. HR department helpful if there is any problem after living the company.

It is a third party recruitment company, there for if something happens there, they don't take action quickly.

Company is good ...hr team very supportive..update all policy timely..all over good.

Company good like policies,rules etc.But as employee I worked on Randstad salary pay roll..working for SBI card payment and service pvt ltd .company not gave me any permotion aur award for my 4.5 year worked..why..I don't know ..worked long period for company and it's ok company pay for it but same salary pakage from 4.5 year not gave any singal appresal.. please look at that matter ..i want just asking you.. please Regards

No one response for calls for asking any doubts like salary payslips, and aslo there is no exact date salary credit in account nobody knows when they get our salaries some time before 5th of month ,sometimes 10th lo month

Salary and expenses on time , No pressure for work and No shcedule for working.

Dislikes

Enviourment is worst for managers and non adherance of protocols towards by down the line. Upperline managers are quite even after reporting.
