It is a third party recruitment company, there for if something happens there, they don't take action quickly.

...fice hours they’ll wake you up from sleep and make you work Freshers don’t fall in this trap for remote opportunity and low salary job way better jobs are there outside than this .

They make you work even without releasing offer letters they’ll be adding you into production works If you leave company before 1 month they’ll treat you as absconding irrespective of reasons

While working with them it is totally fine to work from home. We can have good time with our family.

While working with randstad, we are not getting any hike on salary also not getting proper leaves. There is no security of our job

Undoubtedly Randstad is very good company with several benefits like job security, now a days everyone is concerned about salary that they will get salary or not so I can sure that in Randstad you will have no headache about salary .salary will come every month on time . company policies are good not but the least work culture is very good ...

Compensation is decent but growth is slow ,the work pressure is very high .i have to work 10hours everyday.

Rude HR and Admin people from South India. Will try and delay things. Will never give you straight answers.
