I was working with Randstad Sourceright for 4 years and it has been a wonderful journey. 1. Management support and care for employees 2. Work culture 3. Employee appreciation 4. Work-Life balance 5. Permanent work from home was also an alternative for our line of business 6. Flexible working hours

1. Salary growth and promotion is slow being a consulting firm 2. Bit of traditional method of working as compared to other top MNCs in the same business

The atmosphere is very great to work in Randstad as employees are given freedom to work.Scope for training is very less even if you are in much need of it. When it comes to job security you can be sure that your job is secured.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, conflict between teams (one team feeling superior to others), low compensation, not well planned promotion structure, in competent HR team.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
