No job security n nt great with increament or bonus... No diwali or any kind of gift which we normally we get in any company... I really loved the place bt when there is no job security after working hard it is not worth anything really...

Honest truth my junior is getting more salary than me. These people make this work place a dumpster. I have an entire ongoing list!!

Very low rate of hikes ( peanuts) More of buttering culture Hard working people are not rewarded or recognised Less salary Horrible Hr leads They make you sign agreement so that you don’t join big brands or client, in case your client wants you to convert into full time employee they can’t do it due to agreement. So basically you’ve to leave the job and then after 2 months you can join them.

Randstad is a good company in terms of giving appraisals and salary benefits. I learnt alot throughout my tenure in Randstad.

Dislikes

There is no Job security in Randstad, Few Managers are not cooperative and they can hardly support their Team members.
