This is multinational company but only hiring people on contract basis. Also need to focus facilities they provide.

Dislikes

They charge everything from their employees, even full PF amount also they cut from their employees salary.

This is good company to provide job, and also culture also good, and working with clients also nice..

Dislikes

Hiring on contact basis and compensation and benefits are also is not available, permanent job and also salary is not hike.

...e and life experience. Management were fantastic. Peacefull working environment. Salary was on time.

Dislikes

Some company policies were not executed like fuel allowance, salary increment.

Likes

Good work environment. Management and HR department quick response towards grievances. Company policies are good and provide better hospitality. Regular follow ups, instructions and support given during pandemic situation.

Dislikes

Yearly Salary increment is low and there is no bonus in every year.

Randstad is a manpower supplying industry to different orgainsation as per their requirements. Appraisal & growth is not in the hand of Randstad. Everything depends on the organisational requirement. So, comment here is meaningless. But one thing I must say the employee info & database was very much synchronized.

Dislikes

Only one thing i.e. on-time monthly salary was in the hand of Randstad, but it failed too to do that. In my last 2 years endeavor with Randstad, I never got my salary in time. But as of now, I came to know that they are giving it timely.
