...security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. If Client decide to not continue with the candidate they don't support or they don't give any other project.

Company is good ...hr team very supportive..update all policy timely..all over good.

Company good like policies,rules etc.But as employee I worked on Randstad salary pay roll..working for SBI card payment and service pvt ltd .company not gave me any permotion aur award for my 4.5 year worked..why..I don't know ..worked long period for company and it's ok company pay for it but same salary pakage from 4.5 year not gave any singal appresal.. please look at that matter ..i want just asking you.. please Regards

If you work in any company then what you look for: Salary on time, Security. But ,here you will not get salary on time and main thing I would like to discuss is about job security. When i had joined they were saying it will be for minimum 1 year and if it doesn't looks good, we have many clients and we'll shift you there. But sad reality is they don't have many clients and also they will immediately release you if client released you from the project. The worst experience i had in my life.

...my family need/home was closer to my work location and due to pandemic covid. Once i received higher package i resigned with out even a single thought of glance.

* Every employee recruited here is only CONTRACTUAL for client end. * No Post promotion. * Randstad HR never call/arrange any kind of meetings or get together or party or picnic or support any kind of situation at the time of increment. * No promotion here. * Not even you would get Randstad official email id. * No official I-Card though. (If you gonna ask you will get simply reply like"WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT OF I-CARD, YOU'RE GETTING SALARY" ; thats it) After rigid talk regarding you'll get simply a Paper card written in Pen. Full of shit condition. * No sick leave. * No Medical insurance for your Spouse though. * Work environment with customer end condition like slave situation. * Only 2.5 Days leave provided by Randstad. * Every year you have to take your own expense for medical certification to submit for gate pass. Not even medical check up is handled by Randstad. * If customer says from tomorrow No need to come then you will directly fired by the Randstad HR without any kind of notice. * Randstad policies are full of suck. * No Food allowance, No Transport allowance, No shift allowance, No attire allowance, No bonus at all. And many more to share but that's it for now. Hope you guys getting my point.

Teammates was good and very supportive.career growth is secure and I learned new thing with this company and I learnt lot of things ..work environment was awesome..

Facilities is not good like salary or health insurance, travelling allowance etc..
