...security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. If Client decide to not continue with the candidate they don't support or they don't give any other project.

If you work in any company then what you look for: Salary on time, Security. But ,here you will not get salary on time and main thing I would like to discuss is about job security. When i had joined they were saying it will be for minimum 1 year and if it doesn't looks good, we have many clients and we'll shift you there. But sad reality is they don't have many clients and also they will immediately release you if client released you from the project. The worst experience i had in my life.

Randstad is a fortune 500 company. One of the best place to work.Good place for work but if you are permanent.

Salary dissatisfied salary structure need to improve.Work load from client side.Please reward your employees for their work.

They are supportive to employees on regular salary basis, but I should waiting for the final salary for 45 days from my last working day (17the April, 2020) , covid doesn't concern s

Randstad is a manpower supplying industry to different orgainsation as per their requirements. Appraisal & growth is not in the hand of Randstad. Everything depends on the organisational requirement. So, comment here is meaningless. But one thing I must say the employee info & database was very much synchronized.

Only one thing i.e. on-time monthly salary was in the hand of Randstad, but it failed too to do that. In my last 2 years endeavor with Randstad, I never got my salary in time. But as of now, I came to know that they are giving it timely.
