Like for Randstad Company because culture is very good and also supporting and all thing give time to time by Randstad

Dislikes

Dislike because I am working more then 5 years but no any designation promotion and no salary hike of my expectations. I am aslo mailed my Territory Manager regarding salary increase matter but He told Randstad not responce regarding this.. but my others office colleague salary increase Two times this years. That's why I dislike this type of matter.. also extra pressure I feel of manager ends when I am not aggare or support his unathical work.

Company good like policies,rules etc.But as employee I worked on Randstad salary pay roll..working for SBI card payment and service pvt ltd .company not gave me any permotion aur award for my 4.5 year worked..why..I don't know ..worked long period for company and it's ok company pay for it but same salary pakage from 4.5 year not gave any singal appresal.. please look at that matter ..i want just asking you.. please Regards

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
