Pathetic experience with randstad, never make a mistake to join Randstad at all. They cut your salary without any information, there is no growth opportunity. You have to raise your concern like. Customer service and they will reply you in emails only. I made a really big mistake to join Randstad. So much Work pressure

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Very low rate of hikes ( peanuts) More of buttering culture Hard working people are not rewarded or recognised Less salary Horrible Hr leads They make you sign agreement so that you don’t join big brands or client, in case your client wants you to convert into full time employee they can’t do it due to agreement. So basically you’ve to leave the job and then after 2 months you can join them.
