Team mates = some good, but some one should join politics Job security = None, anytime without any notice they can sack career growth = 0 Salary= pay structure was good, co downsized from 66 to less than 20. Politics= Full of nepotism, favoritism, dictatorship and jealousy work environment = totally unorganized innovation= none work life balance = wholly my god.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
