As would I like to say I highly appreciate working experience in company,i like to doing my work as task which I completed ondeadline.i work happily with my team members as a team.as travel I work only in back office job I am not going outsite visit

The training provided was good and the teammates were very cooperative and helpful. The working atmosphere was good.

No Growth. No Increment. No leave or P. F facilities. Salary being deducted for leaves. They sack for no reason and do not pay the salary. The performance is judged by Office Politics.

Nothing to like if you are working as a support executive here. Only thing is you can learn new technical things.

... they will give before joining and after that they will say completely opposite. In JD they will give different salary range and in offer letter it would be different. Full of Nepotism , politics , there is no growth if you join here. Worst and third class company I worked for. Please do not ruin your career by joining this company. Worst management and worst work culture.

Yes, if you want coffee and biscuit in the morning and evening.....this is the place where you will find it. That is what you can find for free and good in the office.

...eed to climb to the fourth floor to sit inside the office. No HR in the company. The salary date is not fixed and keeps the employee waiting even after 7th of the next month. A company run by family people and relatives, who basically are the boss and doesn't like to travel, even the job requires to, and can work from home any day they want. Never saw the face of actual boss in the office because he never came to the apartment. You can even meet characters like Aditya Mishra, Arijeet Ghosh, Afreen Tarique and Maheesh Ladha, who are actually working in the office for very long but doesn't even have the basic knowledge of how MNC should work. Now, coming to HOD, yes it's an college, where you need to address your colleague by sir, ma'am, as they have worked in the same office for long. HOD names are Arun Patra and Manoj Debnath, who never comes to the office but checks your work log and makes you do work outside the office time. A hectic experience is all you can achieve from this esteemed organization.

I am working at rancelab from last one and half years, I found that each of my teammates is very cooperative, during this days i have learned too many things from my superior, work environment is very innovative.

My overall experience in rancelab is very good. Mainly i like to mention the skill development and work cultures.
