i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .

1. They will do Zero yes Zero all your final amount, when you left company. [salary + Earned leave money + Bonus (actually chanda, which had cut from your monthly salary)]. Doesn't matter notice peried completed or not. when you raise question, they will say the rules are changed (which actually not shared to employees-never, never before). 2. No extra money for extra day work, only 1 extra leave, which you almost never get. 3. Leave issue problem. 4. CCTV always track you. You wil get call for tiny things, catch from cctv. 5. Discrimination amazing. 6. And last but not least, Welfare... Hahaha

... opportunity to learn roles in project management and upper management stuffs. For this one have to sacrifice work-life balance and have to survive on minimum compensation for a long period. If anyone wants to build a career in waste management then he/she should start but not for long duration.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. No expectations from management and team mates, unprofessional attitude and highly unskilled bosses. All just know talking and play politics, undeserving employees are getting promoted and hike while the deserving one are fooled with fake hopes. There’s no way that you can find a way to develop yourself, it totally depends on you, no one will care what have you learned, GETs are coming and spoiling their time, no asks for a report, they’re producing buffoons.There are many more.

... fuel reimbursement, also they are not giving weekly off, festival holidays etc. salary increament is also very less, promotion is also very late, no skill development.

Monopoly decisions are observed in increments and work related decisions. HR won't listen to employees and they take the decisions given by manager. Toxic work environment.
