Partial favourism towards telegu speakers, emphasis on showoff rather than actual completion of work, poor management and utter disregard for personal life of employees

Work life balance is great. 8-9 hours duty time. Job security is excellent. Ample space for skill development.

Dislikes

Salary is ok for freshers. Or if your monthly requirement is not much. But the appraisal or increment is very low.

Colleagues are so supportive and respective even you are a fresher. Company policy are good. Accommodation and transportation are taken care by the company.

Dislikes

Poor coordination from head office. Average career growth, Fixed salary hike(max 12%) and No weekends off.

My project teammates are very supportive. Career growth is quite good.

There are some issues regarding appraisals and salary hike. There are some serious issue regarding company politics. Otherwise this is very good company for hardworking person.

... opportunity to learn roles in project management and upper management stuffs. For this one have to sacrifice work-life balance and have to survive on minimum compensation for a long period. If anyone wants to build a career in waste management then he/she should start but not for long duration.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. No expectations from management and team mates, unprofessional attitude and highly unskilled bosses. All just know talking and play politics, undeserving employees are getting promoted and hike while the deserving one are fooled with fake hopes. There’s no way that you can find a way to develop yourself, it totally depends on you, no one will care what have you learned, GETs are coming and spoiling their time, no asks for a report, they’re producing buffoons.There are many more.
