For this one have to sacrifice work-life balance and have to survive on minimum compensation for a long period. If anyone wants to build a career in waste management then he/she should start but not for long duration.

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. No expectations from management and team mates, unprofessional attitude and highly unskilled bosses. All just know talking and play politics, undeserving employees are getting promoted and hike while the deserving one are fooled with fake hopes. I dont like anything about this company. I am trying to get out of here since the very first month i joined. Very toxic work culture with very little to almost no chances of career growth. Seniors will treat you like garbage and will blame you for everything. No respect given to subordinates by seniors. The management keeps fighting with each other.
