Monopoly decisions are observed in increments and work related decisions. HR won't listen to employees and they take the decisions given by manager. Toxic work environment.

Likes

It provides salary on time. The top management from the Head Office is good. Job Security is great.

Dislikes

The site level management like project heads are not cooperative and sometimes incompetent. Site level people are not well versed about their responsibility. Workflow is very poor. Increment and promotions depend on the willingness of the project head. Though Pms cycle is present but project head's recommended person who are close to him for promotion and appraisal to the top management. For this promotion the growth of employees get supressed. Site level sinior employees underestimate and discriminate with the junior level employees. After working of 3 years employees are still called trainee and organizational behaviour and communication affects simultaneously with junior employees.

...d for people who want work pressure less and to lead stres less life and stress less job,but growth as per salary wise very poor but if we want to learn many things we can easily coordinate other departments and learn their works also like accounts,SAP, quality and marketing etc.

Dislikes

Don't find growth for freshers,but for experienced persons salary will increase very nice.

... opportunity to learn roles in project management and upper management stuffs. For this one have to sacrifice work-life balance and have to survive on minimum compensation for a long period. If anyone wants to build a career in waste management then he/she should start but not for long duration.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. No expectations from management and team mates, unprofessional attitude and highly unskilled bosses. All just know talking and play politics, undeserving employees are getting promoted and hike while the deserving one are fooled with fake hopes. There’s no way that you can find a way to develop yourself, it totally depends on you, no one will care what have you learned, GETs are coming and spoiling their time, no asks for a report, they’re producing buffoons.There are many more.

... fuel reimbursement, also they are not giving weekly off, festival holidays etc. salary increament is also very less, promotion is also very late, no skill development.
