poor work-life balance, long working hours, inadequate salary compared to industry standards, perceived lack of career growth, internal politics, and management issues with some mentioning favoritism and a lack of employee concern from leadership.

Knowledge and exposure to the project is excellent. Best place for SQL developers.

Dislikes

Work life balance is the worst. Extended work Hours and work pressure. Compensation Benfits are not good. Company insurance policies for employees are also not good.

They are doing modern discriminations by giving higher package and Higher designation to the guys/girls coming from premium and top private institutions. But the actual work done by them are very minimal and entry level jobs. On the other hand, they are paying very less and entry level designations even for the lateral resources and assigning the tasks and projects to them like a hell. In simple worlds except Tamilians all the other race are getting paid higher and with strong designation. Only the Telugu and Hindi people are getting paid higher and deployed with super dooper roles.

Job Security was high provided there was consistent performance. The fellow coworkers were friendly.

Dislikes

...to work till 8 most of the time, without any adequate compensation for overtime. There was a lack of promotion as well as salary hike even after working for two years.

The work space is too good,such a guiding environment so we can learn too quickly, Friends circle very good

Dislikes

There is no appraisal here , so work as like as you can that's it We can't expect anything more than our salary So think before you leap
