There is nothing for likes. Only positive was that Salary was credited on time i. e. last working day of the month.

Dislikes

There was no work life balance you have to work 7 days a week frequently with shift timings ranges from 9 hours to 12 hours daily. There were different rules for different employees, Manager was only for demotivation and only for saying what did you? Nothing! No skill enhancement, no good appraisal, you have to work like labour all the time. Manager was 101% biased towards his favourite boot lickers. Manager can send you any location any time. For Ramboll Towers employees there is no company culture, they treat you just as labours. Some of the employees are Extremely Anti-India, want to and supporter of Breaking India. No career growth, No promotions for years. Not recommended for work at all. If you are currently working just switch for a better career. All the best.

There is no work lofe balance, you have to work on shifts which continuesly rotate because of less manpower. There is no SOP of work and nothing to learn, you need good eyesight to work. You have not get promoted even after 5 year of work. No fixed holidays, even work on gazetted holidays and Sundays without any compensation. Very poor work culture if any person corporate they change there location.

Only managers and senior management have good life balance.salary and promotion benifits,they rule there kingdom according.ramboll is a good company apart from telecom sector.i suggest think twice before joining ramboll telecom.currently they don't have any vision and not so much to do in this sector .7 days work day night one week day one week night job timing change weekly. poor team leader under managers.

In Ramboll increment and appraisal based on your relationship with manager. It doesn't depend on your work.

Salary and appraisal - managers thinks they are paying with their own money . U will never get what you deserve.
