Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management stops appreciating and recognising your work and worth. Your inputs are not valued and there is interference in day to day working by the Governance who supports your highly indisciplined and incapable subordinate with poor performance, hence taking away your authority and also not allowing you to take disciplinary action against that subordinate because of reasons........ Firstly the management will chase you to join back the organisation, later through role change and replacement, your profile will be narrowed down, and finally they will not need you....

Premier Institute in cancer care that serves patients at affordable cost. Work environment is good & respectful and demands high level of efficiency. Management is cooperative and encouraging. Company policies are agreeably good with fair appraisal policies

There is a sense of lesser pay and higher amount of work since the institute caters to high volume of patient seeking cancer treatment. Work hours are not fixed and tend to be longer than usual, which leaves you less time for family.
