If you are really into market research and want a deep dive into the process, IDC is the place for you. The people are very well versed with their work, are chilled, cooperative and the work- Life balance is good.

I liked the company it has a good career growth.

At my time the CEO was horrible he could not judge by work he was more concerned about retaining his job and could not make his own decision what ever the employees who were close and had mode ( high society western culture ) to retain them he would go by there words without even finding out the truth being such a senior person he should be able to take his own decision But now the present CEO is very good and after he has entered the company the growth of the company and the employees has go up in a good way.
