The skills one gain as you come across different techniques and tools or machineries.Also they take daily classes to improve your knowledge.one forms a good relationship with patients and attendants also as their treatment usually takes 6 months to years ,so you meet them almost once a week.Salary is good, according to other hospitals.

Need more nursing facilities proper well ventilated changing room during pandemic for doffing n dressing particularly in Major O. T. 3rd floor Instead of over crowded conjusted non ventilated small tiny changing room so Suffocated by 70staff changing at a time
