There is a lot of politics and the management stops appreciating and recognising your work and worth. Your inputs are not valued and there is interference in day to day working by the Governance who supports your highly indisciplined and incapable subordinate with poor performance, hence taking away your authority and also not allowing you to take disciplinary action against that subordinate because of reasons........ Firstly the management will chase you to join back the organisation, later through role change and replacement, your profile will be narrowed down, and finally they will not need you.......Read More

Advanced technology given at company is helpful in making the work little bit easy at same time making the patient understand the technology which they even don't need to know .

Dislikes

Equal patient side +writing work or file+ system work making a huge work load. Seniors don't even listen the logical points of staff and keep staff feel inferior. Nobody take stand for nursing staff. Sometimes patient say some words or something which is really very disheartened and demotivative. No increment for new staff.cancel the promotion or increment even for small reason. No rewards is given for good work even not praised. The given is very much much low than then nurses deserve. Paying us for 6 or 12 hour shift but we stay longer than required shift hours No incentive is paid for extra hours and double shifts....Read More

Lots of politics, some staff are totally free with their work and the other staff have overloaded work pressure, always begging to our leaves which is provided by hospital but the manager and HOD'S are giving to you your leaves...

The skills one gain as you come across different techniques and tools or machineries.Also they take daily classes to improve your knowledge.one forms a good relationship with patients and attendants also as their treatment usually takes 6 months to years ,so you meet them almost once a week.Salary is good, according to other hospitals.

Dislikes

Politics which may also affect you appraisal and promotion, bad management of staff in terms of assigning patients or arranging staff if any staff is absent.
