Radiant chemzymes is a single proprietary firm. I only like my senior's beheaviour . He is the only one who are very much gentle , helpful and sober . I very much like to work with him .

...xtey payment under table for lookafter to other employees work and buttering . Third, I was working many days but I did't get any increment and did't get the full amount of my leave salary . I did not get any appointment letter , salary slip and experience letter . I give advised to all that don't go this company .

Low Working pressure and less office politics

Dislikes

Propriter's and old staff's behaviour. There has no job security. Any day propriter can sack to new employee. And job profile does not math as they tell to employee before joining. And the main thing is salary increment is very very low and does not have PF - ESI.
