... the work culture and team members behaviour and managers are good and talented. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...'t know where it comes from but this is the situation fokof HR management in R1. Till now i'm struggling to manage my expenses, have to pay rent and i do have other responsibilities. I waited for this opportunity above a month because they keep postponing the joining by next and next week which was a false commitment by them. I leave my previous organization by there commitment and since then i'm unemployed and now they're not even accepting their responsibilities and there's no proper answer from there end. Such a pathetic experience with R1RCM. They took my mental peace.

In recent times it take me time to settle. Training part is little bit hectic but also groom for floor work. R1 allows a very good work life balance. Leave policy is so good.

Incentive not given on time, Kumar Subhash Chandra Gautam extremely terrible Senior with immense knowledge but harasses new employees and don't train them properly and qa Sanjeev chandraprakash Shukla who is very shrewd and know how to fool employer and take downtime on pretext of teaching new joiner. Sanjeev has a connection with QA Gaurav due to which he got promoted into quality.

There was nothing positive or noteworthy working for R1, except for some of the other co-workers I had that were all treated the same as I was.

Dislikes

...and they expect you to learn 1-2 years of information in less than 3 months! And their pay and benefits are equally as bad. And this response is from an experienced (executive level) administrative office professional with over 20 years of experience on many levels with many different roles and responsibilities!
