Nothing is likeable in R-pac.

Dislikes

Working in R-pac was like working 24/7 on weekends as well with no pay and no Overtime. Very bad work culture, no systematic process to training or information to follow. People working over there are working for about 10 to 15 year straight with no promotion. Working professionals have no speaking manners etc. They will even call you to work on Sundays and don’t pay for it.

... without any training and for a position that doesn’t even match your skill set. The interview is only based on if you can work your life out with little salary. The global IT department is shit. If you have good communication skills you will be smart enough to understand during your interview round.
