There is no mid year appraisal/hike in my team (Financial Print - Market Support), and the salary is too low.

Good place for freshers. Teammates are supportive. Fair hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

2 years bond for Freshers. Skill development too low. Rotational shifts. Slow career growth. Even weekend shifts we should while we do night shifts

Job security. Free food during night shift. Free transport for evening and night shift.

Salary and increment is among the lowest, compared to other companies in the industry. Longer working shift (10 to 11 hours) during the peak times.

...ow anything about a corporate life. But my overalls experience is not that good. The main 3 issues are salary, timing and skill development. All those are very poor. But considering the Pandemic this is not a total waste of time or experience.

Dislikes

Low salary for fresher's, Timing and office is working on most Saturdays if there is work and there is not a lot to learn in here.

Likes

The company is an employee friendly in nature and we can handle a balance between work and personal life. Also, have to appreciate that they use to come up with extra curricular activities like sports, dance, theatre and so on. Working with RRD we feel like we are in school/ college. They do give importance for work as well as self development. Even they provide cab facilities; addition to these points they provide free food too.

Dislikes

...over here take much much time and at the same time payments are not good enough. The salary we receive can be easily earned by an intern. Does not meet even daily expense.
