Salary is very less compared to industry standards. No career growth or skill development. People with less skills and who plays cricket or takes photos are promoted and given career development. This place is ok a job, but not to build ur career

Appraisal and salary, new joinee will earn more than you and we can't get hike even you work hard nd core member in your team. Favourisom and politics a lot here

The benefits towards salary will be good one in RRD.

You can't even raise your voice for anything. Even security will not recognize you as company employees. Management will never understand / concentrate the pain people have gone through.

We are like a family in RRD. So we can work without any stress. Great job security, less politics, super work environment, innovation are being valued as great. Good teammates with a healthy relationship. Good supportive management.

First one salary. Comparing with other companies RRD is giving not much money with the work. Work-life balance is little low.

Its one of the best employee friendly company in Trivandrum. Work culture is great, you don't feel like working. Trust me you may have more fun here than your college. Management are very lenient towards employees. Cab service and food for people doing night shift are completely free.

TBH, Salary structure provided is very low compared to other big companies. Increment and other incentives are also very less. Apart from that, everything is perfect
