It's about the company culture. RRD also take care of employees health and mental balance. RRD organise sports, events which help employees maintain their health and and mental balance happily.

...wth. People starts shifting thier jobs within next 2 years only because of this. If RRD start paying their existing employees good pay and good increment every year then RRD will be overall the best place to work.

We are like a family in RRD. So we can work without any stress. Great job security, less politics, super work environment, innovation are being valued as great. Good teammates with a healthy relationship. Good supportive management.

Dislikes

First one salary. Comparing with other companies RRD is giving not much money with the work. Work-life balance is little low.

Likes

Its one of the best employee friendly company in Trivandrum. Work culture is great, you don't feel like working. Trust me you may have more fun here than your college. Management are very lenient towards employees. Cab service and food for people doing night shift are completely free.

TBH, Salary structure provided is very low compared to other big companies. Increment and other incentives are also very less. Apart from that, everything is perfect

Job security is more in RRD compared to any other projects. Besides that the management and company policies are also good.

Dislikes

1. The salary scale is poor in RRD as they are not providing satisfactory salary or any kind of increment over the salary. 2. When the work from home situation arrived it was very much difficult to maintain the work life balance as it was more work pressure and work loads were there. 3. Partiality is there in each team based on the person who is more favourable to team lead or manager. 4. We can't expect more career growth in RRD but as a start up RRD is good.

You will have job security and they'll credit the salary on time.

Appraisal meetings are worse. Even if you perform good. You won't eligible for promotion. People who adjusts with the manager will get promotion. Some managers try to support and help you grow. But most of'em will use you. HR & Admin team are there for name sake.
