It is a new and growing company. They are hiring incrementally.

...ing, without any consideration of the track record or the reasons for lay off. The salary ranges posted by employees for a 5 year SE3 position are around 75-80 LPA fixed, but the recruiters try to undermine the value and quote an extremely low number, sometimes using extremely demeaning tone of language.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
