Quickyes Infotech is a training institute were employees doesn't not get any security no paid leave no salary slip they pay you cash or cheque which is not accepted from company in lockdown this people pay you according to placement if candidate not able to perform so what was a fault of that recruiter if candidate not get selected.. The recruiter will not get salary if he not able to place any candidate... But the process is scheduled interview then it's all depends on candidate.. Then recruiter is not getting salary.. In lockdown this people treat employees very badly.. & once you got selected in quickyes they will signed from you 18 months contract & also take your mark sheet which is not right... Please don't waste your time over here

Hello Everyone This are thing Thing They don't know English Except their HR and this sign 18 Month bound from you and after this they ask you for original documents which is disgusting and they not pay you properly they treat you like a labour no paid leaves they cut your salary if you take a leave and too much politics sales team and HR department Most important thing they pay you through Cash /Gpay and after six most I find that this company is not legally registered No Employees tax, Pf etc They are just wasting your time In. My personal experience after covid I rejoin the company so this people told me they will pay 8k for next starting 3 Months after 3 months they will provide me 20k But in end of the month unfortunately I am not able to place candidate in company but I was handling everything the thing is I was scheduling interview but students is not place in particular company that not my fault I think ! At the end the Owner of the company Mr Amol said I never said I pay you 8k every month He said he will pay me if I give him placement That was a shocking this people not sticking on words I request all if you want to join Quickyes Please don't waste your time over here the experience employees get 17k max after that no salary increment Please don't waste your time

Poor interview process, HR are not having much knowledge, not even the sales coordinator good in English. the Sale Coordinator lady who was taking my interview she was asking me silly questions.. She Have no idea about vendor's, statistics. I have not joined that company this people select you and want immediately joining they offer 8k approximate Not exact & asking me signed contact plus submit my original mark sheet or 50k Cheque No proper salary, no knowledgeable people, Poor staff the small 6-7 cable room 3-5 mid age lady working over there No professionalism nothing In HR department I had word with miss Jyostna She speak like a experience and pratima too both lady are nice to speak just Company policy/Rules company get flop

100%job security work culture is very good management - everyone working in company has rights to put their thought easily in front of management Policies of company: they have 18 month bond for freshers , 12 month for 1 -2 yrs experience candidate for job security purpose , rest we can work with Quickyes till our retirement. Team members are young and dynamic - helping each other at every situation In this pendamic -Quickyes may face some financial issues but they don't laid off anyone instead they MOTIVATES to explore ways to get in touch with current trends and technology. The Trainers are very Experienced and very well versed in technology they teach.
