No value of talent 8. Middle management asking for money with in the teams and to the client as well 9. Incentives are never given as promised/Committed 10. Do not care about top performers 11. ...th team members. They always hire in contract but never converts into permanent. They provide salary less and give pressure more always compare each other. Not providing incentive they set target much so that nobody can achieve those targets and they will be in benefit.

Salary on time. Exploring new assignments. Wide range of clients, be it corporate giants and start ups, MNCs.

Very slow in appraisals. No timely incentives. Announcements on incentives are there. But no work outs on the same.
