1. No on time salary for sure.
2.No leave balance will be you have to work all day.
3. No yearly hike or bonus till I stay or die.
4.No HR is supportive, they don’t respond to mail or calls, busy in spoiling others career.
5. They deduct 4K from your salary for leave enchantment and if you even take single leave they will deduct on F&F,
6.they charge 400, 200 Rs Background verification charges every month no body knows why?
7. They deduct 4-5 k for insurance which again from our salary sadly.
8. I saw ppl working on Saturday and Sunday too but no pay, no use of comp off too,
9. They change policy in middle without individual consent
10. Trust me don’t work in this unless u need job very badly
There are so many dislike.
1. No job security.
2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee.
3.Client intervention and they decide who to pramote and who stay.
4. No pramotion.
5.Zero support for family emergecy.
6.No job training.

Quess is big Group.. Depends upon your experience they will give you hike in salary.. Iam belongs to Maintenance Engineer in a Mechanical.. And posting was in Schneider Electric in hyderabad work culture good and salaries intime credited. Quess teams givee Overtime (OT) 2x of your daily wage and supports alot for employees.. Less PF deduction from the CTC and hence in hand salary will be more compared to other companies.
I'm working from client location and hence no need to go to Quesscorp office.
I don't know about salary hikes because I worked for just 11 months but I heard from my colleagues that they'll give moderate hikes.
... twice HRs visited our client office for face-to-face interaction. Then nothing.
Salary with project - As long as you're in a project with client, you're eligible for monthly salary. Otherwise, you'll remain as an employee to Quesscorp but you won't get your salary until you get project from Quesscorp. Same case happened to me that my project had been rolled off within 11 months of joining and I tried to contact Quesscorp HRs multiple times via emails, WhatsApp for any job openings related to my profile but I didn't even get that they acknowledged my email (Very bad experience for me and thought better trying outside).
Taxable travel allowance - We're eligible to get travel allowance as our client is not providing cab facility to the employees but this travel allowance is also taxable.
Training & Certification - Quesscorp has a policy of 1 year service agreement with the employee that if you claim the amount for any external paid technical training and certification irrespective of the cost(even though if it is 1000 rupees). I thought this policy should modify the service agreement time range based on the cost of the certification.
