Less PF deduction from the CTC and hence in hand salary will be more compared to other companies. I'm working from client location and hence no need to go to Quesscorp office. I don't know about salary hikes because I worked for just 11 months but I heard from my colleagues that they'll give moderate hikes.
Leave policy - Every month, an employee is eligible to get 2 paid leaves and will lapse by end of the year which means these leaves will not be carry forwarded to the next year. HR Connect - A monthly HR Connect conducted virtually for 4-5 times when I joined and only twice HRs visited our client office for face-to-face interaction.Then nothing. Salary with project - As long as you're in a project with client, you're eligible for monthly salary. Otherwise, you'll remain as an employee to Quesscorp but you won't get your salary until you get project from Quesscorp. Same case happened to me that my project had been rolled off within 11 months of joining and I tried to contact Quesscorp HRs multiple times via emails, WhatsApp for any job openings related to my profile but I didn't even get that they acknowledged my email (Very bad experience for me and thought better trying outside). Taxable travel allowance - We're eligible to get travel allowance as our client is not providing cab facility to the employees but this travel allowance is also taxable. Training & Certification - Quesscorp has a policy of 1 year service agreement with the employee that if you claim the amount for any external paid technical training and certification irrespective of the cost(even though if it is 1000 rupees). I thought this policy should modify the service agreement time range based on the cost of the certification....Read More

Here honestly I'm telling Frist they given appraisal very very less amount I'm joining after 2.5 years they given even I'm asking for more appraisal they not telling anything simply silent 😶 no positive full and fully negative review only only one thing positive mens on time salery will be credited that's it.
Work experience they're not given appraisal anybody reference mens they're given it's not for good on this company.

They are totally giving full authority to the client, if you are working in Quess as Contractor. Hence there is zero career growth and hike as I working since 3.9 yr with very less salary and 0%hike or career growth.

Site management is good - very cooperative - good training held by birla opus about equipment maintenance and some training held by quess on safety related and behaviour base training from head office - accomodation is good - transportation facility is excellent . Shift rotation is here.
Quess top management is very poor - they are very slow to solving problem of sites .

They don't bother about employees as long as revenue is generated through their clients.
Quess don't give any kind of benefits or salary hikes. Quess HR's are worst people I have seen so far. They respond to your issue but solution cannot be guaranteed.

my senior are good, salary on time.
9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.
