they paid me 4 days salary for tge month of august, as against my 12dsys work. they did no tell me thst the billing cycle is from 20th of every month. come on giys, how can you cheat people like this

...ry irresponsible . Never ever join this company if you are caring abt ur future. They will not credit the salary as per rules they will say some conditions and they will deduct the amount.

It is only a payroll company and that payroll also they are not paying properly. For final settlement, they made to wait for 3 months and in that they have not settled properly and I lost few thousands. I am keep mailing to HR priya shaw and no only is responding to mails and they are not picking my calls. Drawbacks: 1) Notice period is less (15 days), but their final settlement is very long (90 days). 2) There is no bench. 3) Leaves are not allowed to en cash. The above 3 conditions while joining they will not tell. After joining during induction they will tell, so the candidate can't go back to previous company also and they will get stuck. 4) In final settlement they will play around in Worked Days and Leaves and will reduce the final settlement amount. As they are paying after 3 months, the candidate will forgot about how many days they worked for last month, and the company will take the advantage. 5) It is only a payroll company and that payroll also will not be paid fully and they will play in final settlement. 6) Not a good company to work. No use.

This is only a payroll company. But that pay also they are not paying fully whatever they agreed to pay. Initially they told 1 month notice in which I signed the agreement. But inbetween they changed to 15 days without my acceptance. They are telling because their client had changed. I asked the agreement is between Magna and me. So eventhough client reduces the notice, why can't you maintain what you agreed to me i.e., 1 month and no response at all. Only I am shouting and no one is caring. When client gives the notice the same day they also gives the notice and there is no bench at all. During induction they are saying settlement is only after 3 months after leaving. It was shocking to me and there is no option as I left the earlier job. While leaving they are telling they can't pay for leaves which are not utilized which was not told initially. My pay cycle was 25th to 24th. I worked for 3 months. But for final month I left on 26th Oct 2018, for which they have to pay for full month as the cycle is 25th to 24th. But they paid only for 24 days, that is 6 days less, as if I worked from 1st to 24th. But last month is I worked from 25th Sep to 26th Oct 2018. In fact I worked for 1 month and 2 days. But they paid final settlement for 24 days. As per agreement per month 2.25 leaves are allowed. For 25th July to 24th Aug 2018 -> No leaves taken, they paid properly For 25th Aug to 24th Sep 2018 -> For Aug and Sep 4.5 leaves (2.25+2.25) I have accumulated and I took 7 days leaves. Ideally they have to pay for 4.5 days leave and 2.5 as LOP. But they have paid only for 2.75 days and they deducted 4.25 as LOP. So they have not paid for 1.75 days. For 25th Sep to 24th Oct 2018 -> Earlier 1.75 days + this month 2.25 days = 4 days leaves I have earned and I took 4 days leaves. So there should not be any deduction. But they still deducted for 1.75 days leave saying you don't have leave. They hold the last pay for 3 months and paid very less after 3 months. I am disappointed

Don't expect salary appraisal, leave without deductions and active engagement with HR. It's basically good for career starter but Not satisfactory for all. Don't expect much if you are working as a contractor. The plus point is to work in big MNCs and to get awareness about their work environment.

HR team is not very much interactive to listen your points and problems, if any. Don't expect about salary appraisal and any bonus or benefits.

...ed for 2 months for Atos India Mumbai. Magna HR sent me fake relieving letter. I had one month notice contract with Magna Infotech if no notice is provided they had to pay me one month's salary which they didn't pay me. I could have taken them to court under section 420 and 421 but didn't because of our justice system.
