Don't expect salary appraisal, leave without deductions and active engagement with HR. It's basically good for career starter but Not satisfactory for all. Don't expect much if you are working as a contractor. The plus point is to work in big MNCs and to get awareness about their work environment.

HR team is not very much interactive to listen your points and problems, if any. Don't expect about salary appraisal and any bonus or benefits.

IT'S a best company to work,IT departments are so large and provide best services Quality of each and every department is so good and Quality is perfect.

Worst part of quess is There is no salary Hike after 6 months or 1year of employee work in my personal experience.when we ask also they are saying not much perfectly.

Salary are paid on 7th of every month. If 7th is Saturday or Sunday salary happens after 7th. Never give salary before 7th. No appraisal happens. No promotion. Everything depends on clients.

They have a very robust HR team which are available for any help 24/7. I haven't seen this in NY of my previous companies.

They could have a policy in place for periodic pay increment. There was no pay hike for the last two years.

If client no problem with clients then it is a good company for job security. Also they support for your queries with quick response

Dislikes

They takeing both the employee & employer PF share from the employee. Each month your salary slip will be different. Too much low salary for employees & no increment, bonus, etc
