Favouritism is at it's peak. Salary or increment is not also upto the mark. Scope of learning is at it's bottom. Hence, scope of growth is also stagnant.

I have received my first recognition this quarter for my hard work in my organization. It's reassuring to see my hard work and dedication is being acknowledge and rewarded in the organization. It feels not just like personal achievement but also a reflection of the positive and supportive work environment in my organization. Unexpected firing, too much work pressure, the person who is having financial problems shouldn't join in this company because you don't have job security there.
