...Projects are not delivered with quality because of inexperienced resources -Salary structure is not good as variable component is high -There are no good projects, most of the projects are pilot/POC -Old employees have takeover the organisation and act rude. -Old employees have taken positions of so called leaders of the organisation and have no idea how to deal with clients to get some good projects instead of pilot projects -They have flexible shift timings as you have to work for 16 hours and rest 8 hours is supposed to be for sleep -Have to complete org initiatives which is annoying -Have to work on atleast 3 projects at a time -You have to say “Whats up!” everytime when someone looks at you while you roam around in office because you know everyone and everyone knows you -You have to take laptop in your one hand and have to run towards meeting room as there will be lot of calls to attend. -Your calender would have no space left to schedule any other meetings, as it is already filled. -Canteen is full with people at lunch time

The people who carries good responsibility for projects also have Onsite opportunities here. The talent pool is the best part here. A very good appraisal strategies is implemented here and you'll get benifits of working well her.

Dislikes

The work life balance gets a toll on you if you're on senior side of career path. For freshers it shouldn't be a case to consider because you are chilling and learning together here.

Worst culture no client facing roles. only poc work.No hike .When comes to promotion only its meant for juniors. worst people.full of politics.better dont join.All reviews you see is just for motivational. having 15years expeirence and do nothing. knowledgeable persons are thrown out to make their name and fame.
