Company culture is really good. They are quite flexible on remote working. Whole organisation is fairly young and energetic. Each department is responsive and supports an employee however necessary.

I like the way of starting the project, before starting the project we have proper time to decide on the tech stack and build the time do some POC and estimate the time of the project, and then start the actual project /
