everything other than salary. no team is supportive other than IT sometimes ur own team members may deny to help you by not seeing your mail/message for days and days no proper KT but expects to complete all the tasks on time and mainly THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL. please give a thought before joining this company. I left very good job offers I had and joined this company and now regretting it each and every day.

Compensation is pretty good in comparison to the others in IT .

There is no job security at Qualys . You might get terminated after 5 years with a reason of termination poor performance however you have several appreciation email from the management for your work

Nothing. I don't have option of zero star otherwise I would have given zero starts instead of one.

... peace and self respect. Not recommended at all to work here. Extreme politics. No work life balance, No proper appraisal, No salary hike. Company supports and promotes only the boot lickers. They don't value a loyal and hard working employee. Seniors although you don't report to them always monitor your Teams status (weather you are online or away) and calls you when you are away. Senior (in age and not in knowledge) Mr. Mahesh Mane don't care about your work-life balance, calls you anytime even though its WFH, He doesn't work saying that it's not his work and assigns lot of work to you including his work. When you need some time to do it he calls the VP and VP too doesn't listen to you and talks in support of seniors. Mr. Mane try to give every work of his to you and calls you number of times in a day (which is disturbing and irritating) to get that work done which is not even your work and he is supposed to do it. Mr. Mane will disturb you in your leaves too by calling. He is very egoistic. If you decide to leave the company, this Mr. Mane and VP will try to convince you that you have stock options and you can make money selling stocks. In reality, it's a gimmick and stock price is less and you earn nothing out of that. During your notice period, Mr. Mane troubles you even more as he wants to burst his frustration on you, calls you anytime to do unreverent work, gives you more work, add you in unnecessary meetings, send email to VP about your complaints. Never join this company because of such idiots like Mane that has no scope of improving and He try to impose laborer culture on you and even asks you what you worked today as if he is paying from his pocket. He is not educated doesn't have good moral values, All he wants to do is bossing on people. Do no work and trouble people to get his work done. Mane will rot in hell.

Upper management is bad. Apart from salary there are no other employee benefits. Hikes are given only to favorite people espe4 platform team members. Others get the hike considering some average salary which looks very less than average industry salary

There is ample work and you will enjoy the work being given. In such COVID situation company did not hesitate to give WFH and also gave additional compensation for home office setup. Nice place to work with talented minds.
