1. less salary 2.No increment 3.No job security 4.No skills 5.manager or TL behaving with employee like 8/9 standard students .like Don't talk side person, Don't open Excel , don't open chrome on 2 tabs , don't open outlook, 6. Lunch break. 7. Manager working with only QA team. 8. If anyone having any emergency that time go to asking manager permission 'can i go to home I have emergency ' that time he asked more silly questions, 9. Week off issue 10.annual leave issue 11.company not giving attached week off with annual leave. 12. Washroom not clean 13. designation data Analyst but there is not working on any data related work 14. if you not complete your Target then wait after shift this company rule,and you are completed your Target before 6 pm company not giving before 6 pm logout. 15. If you are coming late then logout late but if you are coming before starting the shift time that time was not company not giving the logout earlier. 16.Some TL like talking with only girls.

There are good work environment, basically for girls.

Dislikes

Salary of employees (DA) basically which are working from 3 to 4 years. This is most dislike thing in that organization. Another bad thing is management, there is very poor management.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Companu policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career groet is slow.

The company is working on Data to analysis them and make useful that data. And I like that I'm worked on that process it will help me for experience.

...e work pressure is is very high. Sometimes I have to work 8-10 hours in a days. Manager has changed the process time monthly and salary is not giving upon the work. The toilet paper nt available nd always restroom having problems.

I appreciate the ideas of testrun and SME to clear up any questions.and if there is any complecated work in the organization,the team will strongly collabrate to completed the projects on schedule
