The pay scale is at par with the industry, good work life balance, transparent leadership & managers. The best part is that we're continuously researching & developing new products & solutions in AI & RPA. Very good environment to learn & grow.

Apart from Salary i did not like anything here.

Quale infotech is very small scale company where 50-60 people works and they deploy their resource to client location once employee get release from the client project same day Quale terminates the employee, there is no job security. Quale Management changes their policies without letting know their employee even they increase or decrease notice period when they want.

The only part i like about the company is they provide good compensation

There is no policy for employees neither job security. They are basically consultancy,they deploy developer to client location onve client release developer quale fire them. Apart from this they change the policy without any discussion with employees, sending a single mail they changes policy. If you want job security quale is not the place to work.
