Good chance to connect with people be it founders or leaders in the industry but I feel you can join another good consultancy they can give you the connection if you want.

Dislikes

...ecause you are not working. In a nutshell, whatever you do you are not working No hike even though you have offers, joiners. Work from office travelling 2 days from 10 to 7:30 is very hectic and no productivity in the office. People just gossip around.

Pathetic company to work with. Nothing likable. They are still giving me pressure to close the roles. No coffee machine. No health policies. Now my Pod lead is forcing me to come more than once a week

AC is always switched off. Full day there keep so many meetings. Pressure to close on roles

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
