Pathetic company to work with. Nothing likable. They are still giving me pressure to close the roles. No coffee machine. No health policies. Now my Pod lead is forcing me to come more than once a week

Good chance to connect with people be it founders or leaders in the industry but I feel you can join another good consultancy they can give you the connection if you want.

The work life balance is terrible You are not valued at the company. They judge your performance to a level like give x number of CVS if you don't get them you are not working, if you give them and they are not moving to final rounds you are not working, if they offered and they don't accept or join its because you are not working. In a nutshell, whatever you do you are not working No hike even though you have offers, joiners. Work from office travelling 2 days from 10 to 7:30 is very hectic and no productivity in the office.
