Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The office is very near to my home and about 15 days have to be worked in a month.

Dislikes

Low salary structure for my level. It may be good enough to join for other levels learning new things, competative salary as other companies are giving to employees in Jaipur and fulfill basic needs. Future is safe and growing.

There is nothing to like in QMS India Limited

Dislikes

Worst organisation to work with, pathetic work culture. There are no systems, policies change time to time based on willingness of owners of the company. Though it is a so called “Limited Company” but it is topically a “Lala Company” in which what “Lala” thinks is only right.
