Doesn’t have proper management. No one listens to the employees. Especially hr department ,no one responds to the queries,HR manager is worst, She just blames others. No option for learning new things.

This is the organisation where you don't only grow vertically but horizontally as well. As of now don't have much dislikes about the QED42 as management is ready to talk and discuss the pain points and act upon it but there is a lot improvement required at the people practice level to connect with the people, provide the friendly communication point of contact and help to accommodate the suggestions coming from the team members.
