Career growth is very slow. Less chances to work in latest technologies. Even though they are recruiting testers having both manual and good automation skills, the chances to work in automation is very less. Employees will get exposure only to manual testing and management side. To get hands on experience in new technologies is very less. Promotes self study but getting time for it is very less due to increased work pressure.

Company is very flexible and good salary and hike. As long as you do your work, nobody questions you about anything. 6 months appraisal. Excellent management. You can take leaves whenever you want, nobody says no to it. You get free udemy account and learn whatever course you want without anybody's approval. Best company I have worked at so far.

Work life balance, salary and benefits, appraisals, job security, QB management, office culture, at any time we can easily connect with our managers and raise our concerns if there's any, If we raise any concern, they'll treat it with seriously and give a proper solution. I like almost everything about my organisation.

Dislikes

Yes we have promotion and appraisal benefits, but still the roles which we hold doesn't challenging. That's how I feel sometimes. So if we are lead role, sometimes, our works doesn't satisfy with the role that we holding. That's the only concern I have at the moment.

...rt your career. Job security is there and you will get appraisal every 6 months. But if you are looking for a very high package job then this is not your place.

Management of critical project. Sometimes management wait till the last point to interfere in project escalations.
